I was really disappointed with my stay at this resort. The overall cleanliness was a big issue, with dirty sheets, and an unkempt pool that was not safe for my kids. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which made the experience even worse. While the beach was warm and inviting, the state of the rooms and overall facilities just didn’t match what I expected for a resort setting.
